Eldrion (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides executive training and business coaching services through eldrion.vip. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

We offer three categories: Executive Training & Coaching Services, Infoproducts, and Physical Goods.

1.1 Executive Training & Coaching Services

These services include personalized training sessions, group workshops, and strategic coaching tailored to organizational leaders and managers.

1.2 Infoproducts

Infoproducts consist of digital materials including eBooks, recorded seminars, worksheets, and other downloadable resources.

1.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods include printed materials, workbooks, and branded merchandise sold through our platform.

2. Refund and Transfer Policy

2.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 14 days before a scheduled training or coaching session are eligible for a full refund or can be transferred to an alternate date at no extra charge. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the session are eligible for a 50% refund or a single date transfer. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable due to commitments to trainers and venue arrangements.

2.2 Infoproducts

All infoproduct purchases include a 7-day review period from the date of download. If you notify us within this period via our contact form, you may receive a full refund. After the 7-day period, all digital content sales are final and non-refundable, as the materials are immediately accessible.

2.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. To initiate a result, please use our contact form. Once we receive and inspect the goods, a refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method. Result shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are due prior to service delivery or shipment of goods. Payments are processed securely and must be completed in full to confirm bookings or orders.

4. Rescheduling

Clients may request one complimentary reschedule for services when notice is provided at least 7 days before the original date. Subsequent rescheduling requests or those made within 7 days of the service date may incur additional charges.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website at eldrion.vip.
